About Us

London-based Vita Gourgey and Jil Fattal are long-term friends, their in-laws are neighbours in Wimbledon and their husbands grew up together. Both share the same love of gifts, not only receiving them (who doesn’t like getting presents!) – but giving them and getting them spot on.

Before setting up Truly Bespoke – Jil, who studied law, went on to become a journalist and wrote for lifestyle magazines and Vita, who has a degree in nutrition, became a cookery teacher. Their diverse backgrounds make them the perfect duo. They know what makes a gift stand out and how personalisation makes an everyday item special for someone every time they use it.
